"It's hard to describe how I feel. 1. The room was indeed small, and so was the balcony. I mistakenly thought I had booked a smaller room type, but after confirming with Trip.com, it turned out I had booked the larger one. 2. I was very busy with my business trip and didn't experience much service. One morning, I woke up to find my door ajar, which was a bit surprising. However, since I didn't have any valuables with me during the trip, I just chatted with the front desk lady, explained the situation, and hoped they would take it seriously. But when I asked in the afternoon, she said she hadn't looked into it yet, and when I asked in the evening, she said she had checked. Nothing came of it. This was quite bizarre; I had to keep pressing them to get the issue resolved. Honestly, there should be an alarm for an ajar door, or the door should have a spring to ensure it closes and locks properly, but unfortunately, neither was the case. 3. Then, when it came to getting the invoice, the front desk lady finally seemed interested in asking about my stay, probably hoping for a good review, and became quite proactive. It feels too formalistic, lacking attention to detail, and overly profit-driven, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied."

"For my trip to Beijing, I chose the Grand Hyatt. To be objective, it's not far from Metro Lines 8 and 1, but to get to the hotel, you either have to go through a shopping mall or climb a steep set of stairs or a坡, which felt like being in Chongqing. This isn't convenient if you're carrying luggage. So, in reality, the transportation was quite inconvenient. Also, I have to complain about the hotel's pillows – they were terrible. Two soft pillows stacked together were too high, but one was too low. The main issue was how soft they were; they offered no support at all. I stayed for three nights and didn't get a good night's sleep because of them."

The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing to return to after a long day. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. Overall, everything about this place is impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're coming to Beijing to see Tiananmen Square, I highly recommend this hotel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Every time I visit, the lobby is always sparkling clean, and during holidays, they always have unique and charming decorations."
